NOTW #2

I got bored with having plain white nails, so I added to it!

◊ I added a blue tip onto every finger accept for the accent finger. 

◊ I cleaned off the white on my accent finger and painted it blue. 

◊ Then on that finger, I painted a glittery blue on top and added a white tip.
